PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion body for the knee that is simply, easily, and inexpensively mass-produced, and allows a user to comfortably walk by elastically pressing a bent knee joint from the back, and a support for the knee including the cushion body.SOLUTION: A cushion body 1 used by being inserted between the back side of a knee and a cylindrical supporter body 10 with elasticity in which the knee is inserted, includes a plurality of elastic blocks 3 connected in the longitudinal direction. The plurality of elastic blocks 3 include, in a linear alignment, ring-shaped gaps 8 between the adjacent elastic blocks, with central parts coming into local contact with one another, outside contact parts 7. Further, in a bent-shape alignment, the elastic blocks have elasticity of elastically deforming facing surfaces of the ring-shaped gaps 8 into a shape being in close contact with one another.
