The plate (1) is delimited by two faces. The hot refractory material produces partial vaporization of water to the direction of gutter area. The plate with single-piece is in the form of rectangle parallelepiped and consists of concrete refractory cast. The gutter: has lengthened form and extends to the plate face; is formed with an area of lesser depth; and is covered with a removable metallic insert of complementary form. The bottom of the gutter is inclined at 3-6[deg] to the plane. A shaft is arranged perpendicular to the plane and has a water reserve with progressive evaporation.
