A walking assist device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a support unit including a handle unit which is gripped by user's hands and has a sensor for measuring user's biosignals, a body which is connected to the support unit and forms a frame, and a moving unit which is connected to the lower part of the body and moves the device. Therefore, the present invention allows a user to take a rest by converting the device into a wheelchair by spreading a folding chair formed on the device while walking using the device.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 보조 보행기는 사용자의 손에 파지되어 상기 사용자의 생체 신호를 측정하는 센서가 내장된 핸들부를 포함하는 지지부, 상기 지지부와 연결되어 골격을 이루는 몸체 및 상기 몸체의 하부에 연결되어 상기 보조 보행기를 이동시키는 이동부를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 사용자가 보조 보행기를 이용하여 보행하는 도중에 보조 보행기의 일측면에 있는 접이식 의자를 핌으로써 보조 보행기를 휠체어로 변형시킬 수 있도록 하여 사용자가 쉴 수 있도록 한다.
