PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily formulation containing a hydrocarbon based liquid oil and lidocaine, with which lidocaine does not precipitate even after storage at low temperature.SOLUTION: The oily formulation contains an oily base agent and lidocaine and further fatty acid which is liquid at ordinary temperature and having at least 8C. Further, diphenhydramine is preferably contained.
