PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely provide a shower water including hydrogen without using electricity.SOLUTION: A shower 10 includes a water passage 11 in which a water or hot water flows, and a hydrogen supply device 30 capable of continuously supplying hydrogen to the water or hot water in the water passage 11. A hydrogen gas cylinder may be used as the hydrogen supply device 30.
