PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product, where releasable materials (physiologically active components, wetting and drying substance, and perfume component) are included in a water-insoluble polymer and the releasable materials are released from the water-insoluble polymer, and releasing materials are held on a hydrophilic material (a channeling agent) configuring a releasing passage (channel) and to provide a composition used for producing the product.SOLUTION: A product comprises: a water-insoluble polymer interconnecting channels (45) made of hydrophilic materials formed in the water-insoluble polymer and the releasing substance that is absorbed and held in the interconnecting channels. The interconnecting channels act as controlled transmission passages through the polymer.
