The kinesiology tape has a molded padding comprised of a material that is selected from a group of metals, healing stones, wood or ceramic. A planar or localized pressure is exerted on a reflex point by the molded padding. The material of the molded padding has a high thermal conductivity, where the shape of the molded padding is selected from a group of the shapes like, hemisphere, parabola, ellipsoid, hyperboloid, pyramid, prism, cylinder, cone, truncated cone or a truncated pyramid. The heat or cold is transmitted through the molded padding to the corresponding reflex point.
