The drop dispenser (10) has an outlet unit (14) with a discharge opening (16) penetrated on partially plastic made wall of housing. The discharge opening is surrounded by drop-formation areas (32,34,36) on the outside of the housing. The outer region of each drop-formation area is tapered downward in cone-like, frustum-like or ball-like shape with a hydrophilic design and toward the discharge opening.
