PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-up absorbent article which can prevent a sense of discomfort from being brought by contact of an end of an absorbent body with the skin, and which can restrain a waist part and the skin from rubbing against each other, because the waist part has high flexibility.SOLUTION: The pull-up absorbent article 1 includes the absorbent body 3 including an absorber, and exterior bodies 2 positioned on the side of an outer surface thereof. The exterior body 2A of an abdominal side part and the exterior body 2B of a back side part are joined together so that a side seal part, a waist opening, and leg openings are formed. A sheet material configuring the exterior body 2A of the abdominal-side part is folded back to the inner surface side of the article along the peripheral edge of the waist opening, and a folded part 21 partially covers the inner surface of the end of the absorbent body 3. The folded part 21 has a peripheral edge fixing part 21b of the absorbent body joined to mutually opposed surfaces, while parts except the vicinity 21c of the side seal part, the peripheral edge fixing part 21b and an inner surface covering part 21a of the absorbent body are not joined to the mutually opposed surfaces.
