摘要：: The present invention relates to a ssrAB, rpoS, and hmp gene-deleted Salmonella gallinarum strain and a vaccine composition for preventing fowl typhoid, comprising the same as an active ingredient. The strain of the present invention is a persistant infection capacity defective mutant strain having a deleted specific gene of a strain for SG live vaccine, which has less side effects and excellent safety, and has an excellent defense function compared with a conventionally used vaccine when used as a live vaccine, thereby being used as a vaccine composition for preventing fowl typhoid.본 발명은ssrAB, rpoS및hmp유전자가 결손 된 살모넬라 갈리나룸 균주 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 가금 티프스 예방용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 균주는 SG 생균백신 용 균주의 특정유전자가 결손 된 지속 감염능 결손 변이주로서, 생균 백신으로 사용 시, 기존에 사용되고 있는 백신보다 부작용이 적고 안전성이 뛰어나며 방어능이 우수하여 가금 티프스 예방용 백신 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
