The present invention relates to a composition for maintaining fresh plants including silver nanoparticles and to a preparation method thereof and, more specifically, to a composition for keeping roses fresh including silver nanoparticles to which an enhancer agent for stability and a foaming agent are added and a method for preparing a tablet type composition. The rose processed with the composition in the present invention is confirmed to surprisingly maintain its freshness for a long time and, accordingly, a customized composition is expected to be developed according to the type of plants.본 발명은 은나노입자를 포함하는 식물의 신선도 유지를 위한 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 장미꽃의 신선도 유지를 위해 은나노 입자에 안정성개선제와 발포제를 첨가한 조성물과 이를 정제(tablet)형태로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통한 조성물을 처리한 장미꽃의 경우, 신선도가 놀랍도록 오래 유지됨을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 다양한 식물에 맞는 맞춤형 제품군의 개발이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
