PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device capable of suppressing twist of a needle member inside a catheter as much as possible and making projecting force smoothly act from a hand side.SOLUTION: Regarding the medical device, a puncture member 12 is arranged so as to be moved forward and backward in a lumen formed inside a catheter 1 from the proximal end side to the distal end side of the catheter 1.
