PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a self needle removal action beforehand and improve safety.SOLUTION: A needle removal prevention device includes an image recognition part 14 and corresponding parts 15a and 15b. The image recognition part 14 detects the presence or absence of a needle removal action in which there is a risk of a puncture needle coming off while imaging at least the inside of a set range 3 which is set in the periphery of a puncture site of a patient 1 into whose blood vessel the puncture needle is inserted.
