The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing high-concentration collagen to be used as a medical material. The method for manufacturing high-concentration collagen used as a medical material comprises the steps of: washing tissues of a mammal； crushing the washed tissues of the mammal to be immersed in ethyl alcohol and treating an enzyme by putting phosphoric acid in purified water, injecting and stirring pepsin therein, and making a reaction occur therebetween； allowing the collagen to be condensed after adding and stirring sodium chloride in the enzyme-treated collagen； dissolving the condensed collagen with purified water to be filtered out with a filter and removing pepsin, a low molecular material, and sodium chloride in a solution using a tangential flow filtration device so as to be concentrated； sterilizing and filtering the concentrated collagen, allowing the collagen to be condensed using a neutralization reaction tank and a pH solution, and removing a non-condensed solution so as to be concentrated； and concentrating the concentrated collagen using a centrifugal separator and injecting and stirring the concentrated collagen into a mixer.본 발명은 의료용 재료를 사용하기 위한 고농도 콜라겐을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.포유동물의 조직을 세척한 후 세척된 포유동물의 조직을 분쇄하여 에틸 알코올에 침적시키고 인산을 정제수에 넣은 후 펩신을 넣고 교반하여 반응시켜 효소를 처리하고, 효소처리된 콜라겐에 염화나트륨을 첨가하여 교반한 다음 콜라겐이 응집되도록 하고, 응집된 콜라겐을 정제수로 용해한 후 필터를 이용하여 여과하고 접선 유동 여과장치를 이용하여 용액 내 펩신, 저분자 물질, 염화나트륨을 제거하고 농축한다. 상기 농축된 콜라겐을 멸균 여과하고 중성화 반응 탱크, pH용액을 이용하여 콜라겐을 응집시키고 미응집된 용액은 제거한 다음 농축하고, 농축된 콜라겐을 원심분리기를 이용하여 농축하며, 농축된 콜라겐을 혼합기에 넣은 후 교반시켜 고농도의 콜라겐을 제조하여 의료용 재료로 사용한다.
