A dosage form for a delayed release of a drug, comprising a particle with a core and a core coating, wherein the core includes a drug and the coating comprises a mixture of a first substance that is susceptible to exposure to colon bacteria and a second substance that has a pH threshold at approximately pH 5 or higher, wherein the first substance comprises a polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of starch, amylose, amylopectin, chitosan, chondroitin sulfate, cyclodextrin, dextran, pullulan, carrageenan, sclerogl Yukan, Chitin, Kurdulan and Levan. 2.
