A method for preparing the fusion protein comprises: a step of expressing a nucleic acid molecule encoding the fusion protein in a host cell and a step of isolating the prepared protein. A composition for suppressing cell apoptosis contains the fusion protein. A therapeutic agent for treating stroke, Alzheimers disease, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinsons disease contains the fusion protein.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 세포사멸 억제용 융합단백질, 이의 제조 방법, 이를 포함하는 세포사멸 억제조성물, 세포사멸과 관련된 질환의 치료제 및 세포사멸 억제제의 탐색방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세포사멸 억제용 융합단백질은 세포사멸(Apoptosis) 과정 중 PIDDosome 형성을 억제함으로써 세포사멸 억제제로서 역할을 할 수 있으며, 비정상적인 세포사멸과 관련된 질환의 치료제 및 암의 방사선 치료 시 정상 세포의 세포사멸 방지하는 등의 용도로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한 세포사멸 신호 경로와 관련된 복합체 형성을 조절하는 물질을 탐색할 수 있게 함으로써, 세포사멸과 관련된 질환 치료제 개발에 이용할 수 있는 세포사멸 억제제 개발하는데 응용할 수 있다.
