The present technical solution relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to orthodontics, and can be used for the forced movement of a block of bone matrix by means of a device. The technical result is an increase in the speed and quality with which a physiological occlusion is established. Claimed is a method for the forced movement of a block of bone matrix which includes the following steps: taking at least one impression of a patient's jaw using an alginate impression material; preparing at least one model of the patient's jaw based on the impression of the patient's jaw obtained in the preceding step; carrying out an X-ray examination of the patient's jaw; remodelling the dental arches to optimize centric occlusion by virtual repositioning of the teeth within slices of an X-ray image of the patient obtained in the preceding step; preparing electrodes for carrying out electrophoresis on the patient on the basis of the X-ray examination of the patient and the results of the remodelling based on the model of the patient's jaw; installing medicinal pads on the electrodes and copiously wetting said pads with a 17 percent solution of Trilon B; connecting the wires of the electrodes, following installation of the latter, to terminals of an electrophoresis apparatus; switching on the electrophoresis apparatus and increasing the current with the aid of a regulator until the patient experiences a mild tingling sensation, whereupon the strength of the current is reduced until said sensations cease.La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine, notamment de l'orthodontie, et peut être utilisée pour le déplacement forcé d'une unité de matrice osseuse à l'aide d'un dispositif.
