PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize secular changes of affected parts even when a plurality of the affected parts are read in each examination of follow-up observation.SOLUTION: A report server stores a plurality of diagnostic reading reports created in each examination of follow-up observation and association information obtained by associating findings of one and the same affected part of each diagnostic reading report with each other. A diagnostic reading report creation terminal requests the report server to create a table showing secular changes of each affected part in accordance with an instruction from a diagnostic reading doctor. The report server creates a table on the basis of each association information corresponding to requested examination and transfers the created table to the diagnostic reading report creation terminal.
