PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic observation device that can easily acquire information for in vivo observation.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic observation device comprises: a container 101 having an ultrasonic transmission medium in the inside thereof, and having a contacting face abutted on an object area an irradiation unit 102 provided in the container, and irradiating the object area with an ultrasonic wave through the contacting face an acoustic lens 103 provided in the container, and converging the ultrasonic wave incident from the object area side through the contacting face a two-dimensional wave receiver array 105 which is provided in the container and on which the ultrasonic wave converged by the acoustic lens 103 is made incident a Doppler receiver array 107 for acquiring a Doppler component for the receiving signal acquired by each wave receiver constituting the two-dimensional wave receiver array 105, respectively and an output unit 108 for outputting the information according to the Doppler component acquired by the Doppler receiver array 107.
