The present invention mainly provides a nursing data collection device, which is relatively light-weighted in structure and relatively easy and simplified in human-machine interface. The nursing data collection device essentially comprises: a device body and at least one membrane pushbutton panel. The device body comprises a display unit and a first connector arranged at locations opposite to a front side of a device enclosure. The membrane pushbutton panel is correspondingly installed to cover the front side of the device enclosure, divided into a plurality of operation items having respective pushbutton circuit, and disposed with a second connector electrically connected to the pushbutton circuit of each operation item. The second connector is correspondingly connected to the first connector of the device body. Accordingly, a nursing data collection device, which is relatively light-weighted in structure and is particularly suitable to be attached to a nursing cart or to be carried by nursing personnel for conveniently recording contents of nursing operations associated to an object to be attended at any time or for receiving relative biomedical information from peripheral physiological detection equipment, can be obtained.
