To provide a medicine delivery device capable of omitting fractions properly, without aligning an orientation of a pocket and an orientation of a wide edge by a user, in filling of a PTP sheet in a medicine storage cassette.SOLUTION: There are states of a PTP sheet 100 which are a first state in which a pocket is directed to a front surface and a wide edge 100a is at a left position, a second state in which the pocket is directed to a front surface and the wide edge 100a is at a right position, a third state in which the pocket is directed to a rear surface and the wide edge 100a is at the left position, and a fourth state in which the pocket is directed to the rear surface and the wide edge 100a is at the right position.
