PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket position detector capable of accurately detecting the pocket position of a PTP tablet sheet.SOLUTION: The pocket position detector 1000 comprises: a storage part for storing the pocket position of the PTP tablet sheet loaded inside a tablet cassette beforehand a sheet end face detection sensor 1020 for detecting the distal end position of the PTP tablet sheet guided by a guide 1010 and a sheet sensor 1030 for detecting the pocket position to the detected distal end position of the PTP tablet sheet.
