Disclosed is a device for anterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis. The device is preferably V shaped having a pointed tip, two arms and a connecting member. The connecting member fastens the first member with the third member. The connecting member is removably fastened with the third member. The connecting member has a void section for receiving cutting blade. The device for capsulorhexis may be disposable in nature. The device 100 allows 360o rotation of the second member with the blade about the axis of the rivet giving an exact central and circular capsulorhexis of desired size. The fixation of the pointed tip over the anterior capsule helps to fix and stabilize the device as the blade moves around a pivot.L'invention concerne un dispositif pour un capsulorhexis curviligne continu antérieur. Le dispositif est de préférence en forme de V avec une partie terminale pointue, deux bras et un élément de liaison. L'élément de liaison fixe un premier élément à un troisième élément. L'élément de liaison est fixé de manière amovible au troisième élément. L'élément de liaison présente une section vide pour recevoir une lame de coupe. Le dispositif pour capsulorhexis peut être jetable. Le dispositif (100) permet une rotation à 360o du second élément, la lame autour de l'axe du rivet fournissant exactement un capsulorhexis central et circulaire de taille souhaitée. La fixation de la partie terminale pointue sur la capsule antérieure aide à fixer et à stabiliser le dispositif lorsque la lame se déplace autour d'un pivot.
