FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for separation of fractions with lower and higher-density fluid, particularly for aspiration of fluid and transportation of samples. Device for separation of liquid sample inside the container for sample includes separator with through channel with first open end at the first end of the splitter and the second open edge at the second end of the separator, the first end of the splitter is, in fact, opposite the second end of the separator, through channel can pass through the fluid. Separator comprises float with the first density； and ballast, having the second density exceeding the first density, and a part of the float is connected with part of ballast. Note here that float forms the first external surface of the divider passing from the part of the first open edge to part of the second open edges, and ballast generates second outer surface that is, in fact, opposite the first outer surface, and at least part of the separator is made with possibility of deformation under centrifugal force. Assembly of separator for separation of liquid sample into the first and second phase comprises container for sample, device for separation of liquid sample. Container for sample has first and second ends and sidewall extending between them, the container lengthwise axis extends between first and second ends.
