摘要:
FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices (versions) for separation of fractions with lower and higher-density of a fluid sample. Unit comprises a sample container, shutoff element, separator. Sample container has an open end, a closed end and a side wall, extending therebetween and forming an inner space. Sample container has a longitudinal axis, extending between open and closed ends. Shutoff element is configured for sealing interaction with open end of sample container. In separator there is a through-channel allowing fluid to pass therethrough. Cannula when feeding sample into container is located at a distance from separator. According to first version, separator is arranged inside sample container and interacts with part of side wall on side of open end in an initial position when feeding fluid sample into sample container. Separator comprises a float, having a first density and a ballast, having a second density, greater than first density, and part of float is connected with part of ballast. Shutoff element is configured for piercing by cannula for introduction of fluid sample into sample container. According to second version, under centrifugal force applied to separator unit, or to sample container, or to separator, separator can change from first position, whereat said through-channel is in open position, not across longitudinal axis of sample container, for fluid passage therethrough, to a second position whereat said through-channel is in closed position, not parallel to longitudinal axis of sample container, to prevent fluid passage therethrough. Separator has at least one sealing perimeter, which, when separator is in second position, interacts with side wall of sample container to ensure sealing therebetween, preventing flow of fluid between separator and side wall and through-channel, and at least part of separator is configured for deformation under centrifugal force. In third version separator has a first sealing perimete
