The baking oven comprises one or more spaces which are heated by combustion gases produced by a burner (in the lowermost area) and circulated by a fan (not shown), and one or more spaces which can be heated by electric elements. After heating the spaces, the gas can either pass directly to the chimney or pass through the spaces to pre-heat them or to assist the electric heating on the way to the chimney. This may be effected by operating dampers which connect the gas duct to the spaces and dampers which control a connection from these spaces to the chimney and from the duct to the chimney. Used for baking oven with burner-heated and electrically heated baking spaces. Increasing energy efficiency, reducing installation cost through lower-rated electrical installation.
