PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving operation assisting device, a method for assisting driving operation, and a program for assisting driving operation for an upright riding moving body which are capable of driving operation according to a change in posture as intended even when there is a change on a road surface.SOLUTION: An inclination (a flat ground, an uphill, a downhill) of the upright riding moving body 100 is detected at an inclination acquisition part 140 by using a pressure value detected by a backrest surface pressure sensor 121as and a seat surface pressure sensor 121bs.
