The present invention relates to novel immunogens based on overlapping peptides (OLPs) and peptides derived therefrom useful for the prevention and treatment of AIDS and its related opportunistic diseases. The invention also relates to isolated nucleic acids, vectors and host cells expressing these immunogens as well as vaccines including said immunogens.본 발명은 AIDS 및 그에 관련된 기회감염성 질병의 예방 및 치료에 유용한 중복 펩타이드들 (OLPs) 및 그로부터 유도된 펩타이드에 기초한 신규 면역원에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이들 면역원을 발현하는 핵산, 벡터 및 숙주 세포, 및 상기 면역원을 포함하는 백신에도 관한 것이다.
