PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling container preventing root winding, useless development, and root rot which occur in nursery stocks and plants such as flowering plants, keeping the growing environment of plants in an excellent condition, and reducing labor when transplanting.SOLUTION: This raising seedling container includes a bag body 2 which is formed in a bag shape allowing to hold culture soil 100, and made of a biodegradable fiber having water permeability and air permeability, and a support body 3 which supports the bag body 2, separating from a placing surface.
