PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-raising container excellent in work property during planting or transplanting, and in which a transplanter which has resistance to strong wind after planting, can be produced.SOLUTION: A seedling-raising container 1 for raising a plant comprises a cylindrical storage part 1A for storing a culture medium M for culturing a plant.
