The present invention relates to a seedling cultivation container, which comprises a cylindrical bag and a chassis root-control container disposed in bottom of the bag, wherein a side wall of the cylindrical bag is made of plastic woven bag material, and the bottom is connected with the side wall by strapping tapes. The chassis root-control container is similar to an egg blister package in shape, and holes are formed at the bottom and cooperate with growing media (nutrient soil) to form a local environment for the growth of anaerobic bacteria, so that ferric iron can be reduced to water-soluble ferrous ion which can be easily absorbed by plants, and hence the chlorosis of leaves of iron-deficient plants can be eliminated.
