A buffer inlet and an enrichment liquid inlet, in communication with the enrichment liquid outlet, are provided at one end of the cell isolation region, and an outlet of the cell isolation region is provided at the other end of the same. An inlet communicating with the outlet of the cell isolation region is provided at one end of the cell capture region, and an isolation liquid outlet is provided at the other end of the cell capture region.
