PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic sheet capable of giving a sense of safe that is gentle to the skin to a user.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic sheet (1) which has at least a nonwoven fabric arranged on a surface on one side, wherein the nonwoven fabric contains an organic cotton fiber. The nonwoven fabric may be a spun lace nonwoven fabric (20) containing an organic cotton fiber in a ratio of 90 wt.%.
