The device comprises a nozzle (4) for ejection of carbon dioxide in a first end (5) of a discharge horn. The discharge horn: comprises a curved portion (7) for obtaining a separation of solid carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide gas by centrifugal; a pipe (11) that is configured for collecting the solid carbon dioxide and extends along a distal end of the curved portion; a lateral duct for collecting the carbon dioxide gas; a straight portion (6) placed between the first end and the curved portion; and a cylindrical dispenser. The device comprises a nozzle (4) for ejection of carbon dioxide in a first end (5) of a discharge horn. The discharge horn: comprises a curved portion (7) for obtaining a separation of solid carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide gas by centrifugal; a pipe (11) that is configured for collecting the solid carbon dioxide and extends along a distal end of the curved portion; a lateral duct for collecting the carbon dioxide gas; a straight portion (6) placed between the first end and the curved portion; a cylindrical dispenser having an inner diameter, which is 5-15 times greater than inner diameter of the pipe; and an opening for distributing the carbon dioxide snow. The distal end is opposite to the first end of the discharge horn. The curved portion has an angle of curvature of 270[deg] , and a radius of curvature of 5-20 cm. The straight portion has a length, which is three times equal to inner diameter of the discharge horn. The lateral duct extends from a wall of the discharge horn disposed at an interior side of the curved portion to the distal end of the curved portion.
