PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi functional operation tool capable of providing a natural and unstrained operation feeling and an armrest operation device with the same.SOLUTION: A multi functional operation tool 5 comprises: a grip body 5A arranged at a free end part of a rocking body 5B, which is swingably supported in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and which performs acceleration control of a transmission by swinging in a forward direction, and performs deceleration control thereof by swinging in a backward direction； a grip part 50 which includes a convex curved surface formed at one side region in the direction across the vehicle of the grip body 5A； a vertical side face 53 which is formed at the other region thereof beside the grip part 50； a surface 56 opposing to an operator which is formed by extending from a lower end edge of the vertical side face 53 at the other side region to the direction across the vehicle； and an operation switch group 9 arranged on the vertical side face 53 and the surface 56 opposing to an operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
