An attachment for an air drill with a hose having an outlet for distributionof seedsfrom the air drill, a valve moveable between an open position allowing seedsto exit theoutlet and a closed position preventing seeds from exiting the outlet, adiverter opening onthe hose to divert seeds and air flow when the valve is in the closedposition, and a seedcollector configured to collect diverted seeds for recirculation is provided.Also provided is anovel method of farming having the steps of sowing seeds of a primary crop inclusters alonga plurality of parallel rows and a plurality of parallel columns togetherforming a matrix andremoving weeds across gaps between the parallel rows and across gaps betweenthe parallelcolumns. The provided method may also be performed using the providedattachment.
