The pneumatic pulsatile ventricular assist device capable of preventing thrombosis and backflow comprises: a blood bag formed into a hollow shaft between the ventricles and the aorta and formed to temporarily store blood supplied from the ventricles； a first valve formed on one side in the blood bag, and formed to allow blood entering from the ventricles to flow only towards the blood bag； a second valve formed on the other side in the blood bag, and formed to allow blood stored in the blood bag to flow only towards the aorta； and a housing which is formed into a hollow shaft to accommodate the blood bag, and decompresses and pressurizes the interior to contract and relax the blood bag.본 발명은 혈전 및 역류 방지가 가능한 공압식 박동형 심실보조장치에 관한 것으로서, 심실과 대동맥 사이에 중공축으로 형성되며 심실에서 공급되는 혈액을 임시로 저장할 수 있도록 형성되는 혈액주머니와, 상기 혈액주머니의 내부 일측에 형성되며 상기 심실에서 유입되는 혈액이 상기 혈액주머니 방향으로만 흐르도록 형성되는 제1밸브와, 상기 혈액주머니 내부 타측에 형성되며 상기 혈액주머니에 저장된 혈액을 상기 대동맥 방향으로만 흐르도록 형성되는 제2밸브와, 상기 혈액주머니를 수용할 수 있도록 중공축으로 형성되며 내부를 감압 및 가압시켜 상기 혈액주머니를 수축 및 이완시키는 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
