Packaged frozen noodles for cooking in a microwave oven, comprising: a package having a vent or vents, wherein the total opening area of the vent or vents is from 0.02 to 5 cm per 100 cm of the package surface, and the package contains cooked inside noodles and 1 to 10 parts by weight of water per 100 parts by weight of boiled noodles, and boiled noodles and water are frozen. 2. The packaged frozen noodles of claim 1, wherein the cooked noodles contain water applied to a surface thereof. 3. The packaged frozen noodles according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the package is made of a material having a puncture strength of 10 N or higher. 4. Packaged frozen noodles according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the maximum opening length of the ventilation opening is from 0.1 to 5.0 mm. 5. Packaged frozen noodles according to claim 1 or 2, in which five or more ventilation openings are provided on the packaging side exposed to microwave radiation per 100 cm of the packaging surface. Packaged frozen noodles according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the vent is round. 7. A method for preventing deterioration in the quality of frozen noodles caused by microwave cooking, comprising: placing boiled noodles and 1 to 10 parts by weight of water per 100 parts by weight of cooked noodles in a package having a vent or vents, the total opening or opening area ventilation holes is from 0.02 to 5 cm per 100 cm of packaging surface area； freezing boiled noodles and water. 8.
