The device (1) has a support element (11) comprising a foot (12) arranged to be supported against a ground, and a median part provided with a support plane (13) arranged for partly receiving a lower face (22) of an existing vat (2). A free end of a post (14) is engaged in a part of a flange (21) of the vat. The support element comprises an opening provided on the support plane and another opening provided on a bottom face of the foot. A fastening element ensures integration between the support element and the vat. An independent claim is also included for a height-culture vat.L'invention concerne un dispositif d'adaptation (1) pour transformer un bac (2) traditionnel en un bac de culture en hauteur (3) agencé pour cultiver, par exemple, des légumes, des petits fruits ou des plantes aromatiques, ledit bac (2) étant de forme globalement parallélépipédique ouverte sur le dessus muni d'un rebord (21) sur au moins une partie de sa périphérie supérieure, ledit dispositif d'adaptation (1) étant remarquable en ce que qu'il comprend au moins un élément support (11) comportant au moins un pied (12) agencé pour être en appui sur le sol, une partie médiane munie d'un plan d'appui (13) agencé pour recevoir au moins en partie la face inférieure (22) dudit bac (2) et un montant (14) dont l'extrémité libre est agencée pour être engagée dans au moins une partie dudit rebord (21) du bac (2). L'invention concerne également un bac de culture en hauteur (3).
