A second body part is hinge-combined to the first body part and is rotated in order to cover the combining part. A heater is included in the combining part. An inspection pin(93) inhales alcohol gas evaporating in the blood. A measurement module(91) measures alcohol concentration through the alcohol gas of the blood.
