Provided is an alcohol testing system which comprises: an alcohol sensor (111) configured to sense an alcohol particle included in a breath of a subject using which is a fuel cell-based sensing method; a temperature sensor for the alcohol sensor (112) disposed closely to the alcohol sensor (111) and configured to sense a temperature of the alcohol sensor (111); a heater for the alcohol sensor (113) disposed closely to the alcohol sensor (111) and configured to heat the alcohol sensor (111); a pressure sensor (121) configured to sense an inflow pressure of the breath; a temperature sensor for the pressure sensor (122) disposed closed to the pressure sensor (121) and configured to sense a temperature of the pressure sensor (121); a heater for the pressure sensor (123) disposed closely to the pressure sensor (121) and configured to heat the pressure sensor (121); and a microcomputer (130) configured to control operations of the heater for the alcohol sensor (113) and the heater for the pressure sensor (123) so that the alcohol sensor (111) and the pressure sensor (121) are heated at a predetermined temperature in which the alcohol sensor (111) and the pressure sensor (121) operate normally, calculate a blood alcohol content using an alcohol sensing value of the alcohol sensor (111) and a pressure sensing value of the pressure sensor (121), and determine a malfunction state and a normal operation state by comparing a temperature sensing value of the temperature sensor for the alcohol sensor (112) and a temperature sensing value of the temperature sensor for the pressure sensor (122).
