PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optotype presentation apparatus capable of precisely executing an examination without preparing a special device and communication equipment.SOLUTION: An optotype presentation apparatus 1 includes a display part 40, an image signal generation part 20, and a control part 30. The display part includes left-eye optotype display areas each having a first polarizing axis and outputting light, and right-eye optotype display areas each having a second polarizing axis orthogonal to the first polarizing axis and outputting light, both of the optotype display areas being alternately disposed along a line of pixels. The image signal generation part generates an image signal by superimposing information representing display luminance corresponding to an optotype for visual acuity test using a polarization member onto image data of the optotype in accordance with the optotype. The control part determines the presence or absence of the information by analyzing the generated image signal, displays the optotype corresponding to the image data in at least one of the left-eye optotype display areas and the right-eye optotype display areas, and increases the display luminance of the optotype on the basis of a result of determination with respect to the presence or absence of the information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】特別な装置や通信機器を別途用意することなく検査を正確に行うことが可能な視標呈示装置を提供する。【解決手段】視標呈示装置1は、表示部40と画像信号生成部20と制御部30とを備える。表示部には、第1の偏光軸を有する光を出力する左眼用視標表示領域と、第1の偏光軸に直交する第2の偏光軸を有する光を出力する右眼用視標表示領域とが、ピクセルのラインに沿って交互に配置されている。画像信号生成部は、偏光部材を用いた視力検査のための視標に応じて当該視標の画像データに当該視標に対応する表示の明るさを示す情報を合成することにより画像信号を生成する。制御部は、生成された画像信号を解析することにより前記情報の有無を判定し、前記画像データに対応する当該視標を前記左眼用視標表示領域及び前記右眼用視標表示領域の少なくとも一方に表示させ、かつ、前記情報の有無の判定結果に基づいて当該視標の表示の明るさを増大させる。【選択図】図1
