The present invention relates to a seeding machine in which a seed metering part connected to a rice planting machine and supplying a seed by receiving the power of the rice planting machine and a seeding part sowing the seed are simultaneously operated. The present invention provides the seeding machine which includes: a PTO shaft which is connected to a PTO device of the rice planting machine and to which the power is inputted； a gear box connected to the PTO shaft and is interoperated； a second shaft which is connected to the gear box to be interoperated and rotated； a seeding shaft connected to the second shaft to be interoperated and rotated, and sows the seed by rotating a seeding cup； and a seed metering shaft which is connected to the second shaft to be interoperated and rotated, and supplies the seed to the seeding cup by rotating a seed metering cup.
