PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type disposable diaper which is excellent in fall-off prevention by disconnecting a body circumference from a waistline in deviation, raises easiness for allowing a wearer to wear a diaper without disturbing his/her leg movement, and improves the outer appearance and textures of the diaper.
SOLUTION: The pants-type disposable diaper 1 includes an absorbent body 10, a sheet 20 for a rear body, and a sheet 30 for a front body, where the sheet 20 for the rear body and the sheet 30 for the front body are joined at the joint parts 24 of both the side ends in a product state, so as to form a waist opening part and a pair of right and left leg opening parts. The sheets 20, 30 for the rear and front bodies respectively include deviation absorbing buffer bands 2, 3 where an interval between specified elastic members is set to be larger than the interval between the elastic members in adjacent peripheral regions. The deviation absorbing buffer band 3 arranged in the sheet 30 for the front body is biased toward a crotch side below the deviation absorbing buffer band 2 arranged in the sheet 20 for the rear body.
