Provided is an inexpensive cushion that makes it possible to prevent bedsores in the lower half of the body by an easy operation of supplying and discharging air into or out of a bag body formed of an elastic body using a hand pump, which enables flexible adjustment of pressure and pressurizing time, and which is able to stimulate the brain through the manual operation. This cushion 1 is characterized in having hand pumps 2 and bag bodies 3 each formed of an elastic body, wherein a plurality of cushion components 10 made up of the bag bodies 3 to which tube-end portions of the hand pumps 2 are connected are provided, an outer cover 4 is divided into a plurality of accommodating chambers 6a to 6d by compartment lines 5a to 5k, and each of the bag bodies 3 is accommodated separately in one of the accommodating chambers 6a to 6d. The cushion 1 is able to easily prevent bedsores in the lower half of the body and stimulate the brain.
