To subject a plurality of bottles containing drink to efficient heat sterilization and immediately carry out succeeding cooling processing of all bottles and thus to suppress uneven heating and cooling and to achieve labor saving.SOLUTION: A sterilizer 1 of bottled drink is equipped with a bottle heating vessel 10 capable of accommodating a box housing a plurality of bottles containing drink. A hot water generating unit generates hot water at a temperature suitable for heat sterilization of the drink in the bottle heating vessel 10 and keeps the vessel hot for a predetermined time.
