If a motor is operated after pouring the water and the materials into the cylinder, the water and the materials are rotated along the circumference of the cylinder according to the rotations of the rotating bottom plate. During the rotation of the water and the materials, the blades and the materials are contacted and thereby, the shells are peeled off.
