The present invention relates to a method of producing a composition including propolis for relieving erectile dysfunction comprising: (a) a step of charging 30-50 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol and 0.3-5 parts by weight of Acai berry based on 100 parts by weight of hive in an extract container, heating and stirring the material of the step (a) in a bath at 30-55°；C for 50-120 minutes, and filtering the material to prepare propolis extract； (b) a step of charging 20-45 parts by weight of dried green tea leaves, 5-30 parts by weight of herb oil, 20-30 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol, 1-3 parts by weight of ginseng powder, 5-9 parts by weight of bay salt, and 20-32 parts by weight of glycerine, based on 200 parts by weight of purified water, stirring the material at 20-55°；C for 30-70 minutes, and filtering the material in the filter to produce skin tonic； and (c) a step of putting 5-7 parts by weight of propolis extract of the step a, based on 100 parts by weight of skin tonic in an airtight container, and stirring the material for 20-30 minutes to complete a composition for a spray. The composition of the present invention keeps the skin of the prostate to relieve the main symptoms of prostatism such as delayed urine, faint urine and residual urine by 15-30 % and ease penile rigidity by 30-40%.본 발명은 프로폴리스를 함유한 발기부전 개선에 유용한 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 추출 용기에 벌집 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 에틸알코올 30 ~ 50 중량부, 아사이베리 추출액 0.3 ~ 5 중량부를 충전한 후 30 ~ 55℃ 온도에서 50 ~ 120분 동안 중탕으로 가열 교반하고, 필터링하여 프로폴리스 추출액을 준비하는 단계와； (b) 화장수 제조 용기에 정제수 200 중량부를 기준으로 하여 마른 녹차잎 20 ~ 45 중량부, 허브 오일 5 ~ 30 중량부, 에틸알코올 20 ~ 30 중량부, 인삼 분말 1 ~ 3 중량부, 천일염 5 ~ 9 중량부 및 글리세린 20 ~ 32 중량부를 충전한 후 30 ~ 70분 동안 20 ~ 25℃에서 교반한 다음, 거름망으로 걸러 화장수를 만드는 단계와； (c) 밀폐 용기에 상기 화장수 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 상기 (a)단계의 프로폴리스 추출액 5 ~ 7 중량부를 넣고 20 ~ 30분 동안 교반하여 스프레이용 조성물을 완성하는 단계로 구성됨으로써, 전립선 부위의 피부를 청결하게 유지하며 전립선 비대증의 주요 증상인 지연뇨, 세뇨 및 잔뇨감이 평균 15 ~ 30% 정도 완화시킬 수 있음은 물론, 음경 강직도가 30 ~ 40% 정도 개선되는 효과가 있다.
