PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composition for relieving atopic eczema containing plant extract is provided to relieve irritation by moisturizing and to remove itchness. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition for relieving atopic eczema comprises: a step of drying 20-25 weight% of mulberry fermentation extract, 15-20 weight% of soybean fermentation extract, 45-50 weight% of Centella asiatica fermentation extract, 5-10 weight% of chamomile fermentation extract, and liquid extract of pine needle； a step of mixing castor oil and plant-derived anion-generating alkali ion water and fermenting； a step of mixing 5-10 weight% of fermentation extract of pine needle； a step of homogenizing the mixture； and a step of filtering.
