PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composition for relieving atopic eczema is provided to ensure antioxidation and irritation relief and to release anion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition for relieving atopic eczema comprises: a step of pulverizing black soybean, Centella asiatica, and charmomile； a step of mixing 15-20 weight parts of black soybean-fermented extract, 5-10 weight parts of Centella asiatica-fermented extract, and 5-10 weight parts of charmomile-fermented extract with 10 weight parts of plant ingredient-derived anion generating alkali ion water； a step of homogenizing the mixture in a homogenizer； a step of mixing with 40-45 weight parts of pine needle-fermented extract； a step of filtering the mixture； and a step of adding 3-50 weight parts of acidic anion water.검정콩, 병풀, 카모마일을 분쇄한 다음, 분쇄된 각 재료들을 발효시킨, 검정콩 발효 추출물 15-20중량부, 병풀 발효 추출물 5-10중량부, 카모마일 발효 추출물 5-10중량부를 식물성분 유래 음이온 발생 알칼리 이온수 10중량부와 혼합하고 호모게나이저에서 혼합물을 균질화하는 단계, 상기 혼합물에, 분쇄된 솔잎으로부터의 액상 추출물을 건조시킨 다음, 건조된 솔잎 추출물 분말에 피마자 오일 및 식물성분 유래 음이온 발생 알칼리 이온수를 혼합하여 발효시킨 솔잎 발효 추출물 40-45중량부를 혼합하는 단계, 혼합된 조성물을 여과하는 단계, 상기 여과액에 산성 음이온수 5-30중량부를 가하는 단계를 포함하는 아토피 피부습진 완화제 조성물의 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 완화제 조성물은 아토피 습진에 대해 항산화 효과 및 자극 완화 효과를 갖는다.
